Barbara J. (Myers) Flemm, 81, of Sarver, Buffalo Township, (Butler County) passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in her home.
She was born October 12, 1944, in Freeport to the late William Howard and Sara (Wile) Myers. Barbara lived most of her life in the Freeport area.
Barabra enjoyed going to flea markets, working on jigsaw puzzles, painting, and traveling to the Midwest.
Mrs. Flemm worked for the Freeport Area School District for 28 years as a custodian in both South Buffalo Elementary School and the former Kindergarten Center in Freeport.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Sally Marie (Richard) Gohn of Kittanning, her sons, James Wade (Rochelle) Flemm of Freeport, Kevin Howard (Donna) Flemm of Cadogan, Troy Allen (Cristy) Flemm of Buffalo Twp., her grandchildren, Anthony Gohn, Dusty Gohn, Joe Flemm, James Flemm, Tanner Flemm, Carli Flemm, Dalton Flemm, Dakota Flemm, Payton Flemm, her two step-grandchildren, Mathew Collins, Jr. Grace Law, and her sixteen great-grandchildren, and her two brothers, James Myers and Hank (Judy) Myers.
She was preceded in death by her parents mentioned above, her husband, Ralph J. Flemm on January 10, 2001, and her brothers, George Myers, Merrion Myers, and Robert Myers.
In accordance with Barbara’s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral ceremonies. The DENNIS J. DAUGHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 324 Fourth Street, Freeport. (724-295-3100) is assisting the family with cremation arrangements. Private burial will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
